Online Payment Processing (OPP)
We are pleased to announce a new online payment processing service to integrate with e-PIC One™ Enterprise designed to automate the task of applying payments to Invoices or Order Deposits. The service allows Suppliers and their Customers to apply payments using credit cards and debit cards in real-time without any additional manual labor. Note that your current business relationship with your current Merchant/Card Provider will not change. The new service PIC is providing is separate and designed to automate the process of applying payments to open A/R Invoices and Order Deposits with e-PIC One™ Enterprise and the DRC.
OPP represents the next step in automating the business relationship between the Supplier and their Customer. The Customer can now apply payments and deposits online without any time investment by the Supplier. This feature replaces the previous method whereby the Customer would select Invoices for payment, enter their credit card info, and the Supplier would then process the request manually.

HOW DO THE NEW FEATURES WORK?
From the DRC, Customer will add their card(s) information for secure storage and recall. The Customer has the option to advise e-PIC One™ Enterprise if the Supplier can also use these cards to apply payments to Open Invoices and Order Deposits.
In the case where the Customer does not have access to the DRC, upon written approval by the Customer, the Supplier can add the Customer’s card information for storage and recall.
The previous payment method required the Supplier to manually process payments after receiving an online payment request from the Customer. The new process is 100% automated and does not require any manual intervention by the Supplier’s staff. The Customer can apply payments directly to Open Invoices and also apply Order Deposits, 24/7.
